Parvo Prevention with Parvaid

Parvaid™ is an excellent natural aid to help parvo puppies heal and it is just as fabulous to dose puppies who have been exposed to the parvo virus to help prevent them from coming down with parvo symptoms.  We recommend dosing both Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ preventatively to keep your puppy strong, happy, and healthy.

Parvaid™ can be dosed preventatively 2-15 drops (based on puppy weight) 4 times a day for 5 days along with giving Vibactra Plus™ twice/day for 5 days to help prevent puppies who have been exposed to canine parvo virus from coming down with the disease.  If dosed as soon as you know your puppy has been exposed, these products will help prevent 90% of puppies from contracting the parvo virus and the few that do contract parvo usually have more mild parvo symptoms and recover quickly.

Puppies who are started on the Parvaid™ & Vibactra Plus™ preventative dosing, but start to exhibit symptoms, will not succumb to parvo as badly as those who were not started on the preventative dosing.

Studies show that 90% of puppies who were exposed to the parvo virus, who are dosed preventatively with Parvaid™ & Vibactra Plus™ do NOT exhibit any symptoms of parvo!

Can Parvaid & Vibactra Plus help breeders?

Yes, many puppy breeders who have had parvo on their premises previously can use Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ as preventatives for newly weaned puppies.  We recommend dosing 2 days AFTER the puppy is completely weaned, 4x/day for 5 days with Parvaid and 2x/day for 5 days with Vibactra Plus™.  Some breeders then prefer to dose only once/day with both Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ until the puppy goes to it's new home.

Many breeders choose to require their puppy buyer purchase a bottle of Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ from them.  Some prefer to just give their puppy buyer a bottle of each product to take home with their puppy.  And still other breeders, pad the price of the Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ into the price of the puppy and give these terrific products to the puppy buyer when they pick up or ship their new puppy.

Please note, Parvaid™ is NOT to be given to pregnant dogs, as the goldenseal in Parvaid™ can cause miscarriage or dogs with known liver disease, but Parvaid™ is safe to give to day old puppies and all other dogs, when/if needed.

Parvaid™ is also excellent to give to puppies who fail to thrive.  Parvaid™'s terrific herbs help calm the tummy, soothe and coat the intestinal tract, help stop vomiting, diarrhea, ease bleeding, and boost the immune system.  Parvaid™ is safe enough to give to puppies one at one day of age and is effective even when traditional medicine is not.

How can Parvaid help Rescues, Shelters, and other similar groups?

Dose ALL incoming puppies, under 16 months of age with Parvaid™ 4x/day for 5 days and Vibactra Plus™ 2x/day for 5 days.  In rescue, you never know where the puppies have been, what they have been exposed to, and often, their health status is not as great as we or they would like it to be.  Parvaid™ and Vibactra Plus™ are excellent to help boost the immune system of puppies, help promote appetite, calm and soothe the intestinal tract, and if you dose with Vibactra Plus™ 2x/day for 10 days, it even helps prevent puppies from coming down with coccidia or giardia which is often a problem with rescue and shelter puppies.
